We source our fish from local sellers, freshly brought to the market on that exact date. Matsyaroshik is a delivery service only — we are not responsible for the quality of the fish or for any health-related issues caused by consuming it. Our sole responsibility is to deliver the order that was placed.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text). When you place an order, we collect your delivery name, phone number, address, and, if you choose to use the map picker, your pinned GPS coordinates.
Your information is used only to process and deliver your orders, contact you about a specific order, and maintain your order history in "My Orders." We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in while you browse and shop. It's required for the cart and checkout to work, and is removed when you log out.
Cash on Delivery orders involve no online payment data at all. Should online payment be added in future, it will be handled by a licensed payment processor — we do not store card details ourselves.
Order history is retained so you can view past orders. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
